I am a Health Coach in Northville, New York. My long journey to achieving my own optimal health eventually led me down the path of health coaching. I have traveled extensively to different corners of the world, including an overland year-long journey through Africa in the 1970s and several three-month solo trips to Nepal in the 1980s. My whitewater kayaking travels took me throughout the western and southeastern U.S. as well as to Costa Rica and New Zealand, on which I based an article published in American Whitewater. Post race 2017

Jody Dixon here……It’s September 28, 2017 and I’m ten days back from finishing TATR for the second time. Both stories are posted: the one where I biked through the Adirondacks in 2016 for 16 days, trying to stay on the race course, and my race in 2017 when I managed to stay on-course and cut 5 days off my previous time!
